New Name, Assure Child Care

Adults & Childrens Alliance, Inc. (ACA) announced a new strategic partnership today with Minneapolis based insurance brokerage Hays Companies that spins off ACA's Insurance Program into a new entity, Adults & Childrens Risk Purchasing Group, Inc. The new venture has been branded "Assure Child Care" as a sign that while changes are occurring within the Insurance Program, the same experienced ACA team is in place to assure a smooth transition, assure that the same high level of service is offered and to assure that the program offerings continue to improve!

The new name and logo will be visible on the ACA Insurance Program website immediately. This transition allows ACA to greatly expand the insurance products and services available to the child care community and renews a strong partnership with Hays Companies.

Hays Companies CFO, Stephen T. Lerum announced today that Adults & Childrens Alliance staff  who had worked with the Insurance Program have joined the Hays Companies team, effective immediately. Going forward, the ACA-Hays venture will do business as "Assure Child Care" with a renewed focus on providing the most comprehensive insurance protection at the best pricing available in the market.
